Our Service

PrimeReview helps businesses request the removal of negative or policy-violating reviews from Google. We submit your case using the information you provide and take action within Google's own rules and policies.

No Guarantee of Outcome, Full Refund Guarantee

Review removal decisions are made solely by Google, not by PrimeReview. We cannot guarantee that any specific review will be removed, as the final decision always rests with Google. However, if a review you ordered removal for remains live despite our work, you are entitled to a full refund for that review under our Refund Policy.

Eligibility and Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information about the reviews you want removed, including correct links or reviewer details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or if the request is not in good faith.

Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of order. Payment is processed securely at checkout. An automatic discount applies when ordering 3 or more reviews in a single order.

Turnaround Time

We aim to submit your case within 24 hours of order confirmation, with an average resolution time of 72 hours. These are estimates based on typical case processing and are not a guaranteed deadline.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to request the removal of reviews that are accurate, truthful, and do not violate Google's review policies. PrimeReview only targets reviews that appear to violate Google's content policies (such as fake reviews, conflicts of interest, spam, harassment, or off-topic content).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeReview is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including any impact on your business reputation or revenue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
